Butterfish is a product of want and need. We created Butterfish because we were tired of searching for healthy fast-food only to come up empty handed. The options were limited. If it was fast, it usually wasn’t healthy. If it was healthy, it often didn’t taste great. And if it was convenient, it typically wasn’t fresh. With our backgrounds in fine dining and our families’ history in farming, we knew we could do better.
We scoured the valley for the best ingredients, never settling for what was convenient or cost-effective. Quality is everything and from that starting point we began developing our menu. Our team spent countless hours developing the sauces, which we make in-house from scratch. Each morning we break down our fish, roast our vegetables and slow cook our chicken. We make multiple batches of our rice and wontons daily. Every day we hand make our taro chips and matcha popcorn to satisfy your sweet and salty cravings.
